Target revenue between $10M-$150M
EBITDA
Target EBITDA between $1M - $30M
EBITDA Margin
We target a minimum 10% EBITDA margin

We look for high-quality, founder- or family-owned companies that have a succession challenge or no succession plan at all.
GEOGRAPHY
We are generalists in regard to geography and focus on US and US territory based companies.
